Reservation of ownership

We shall reserve ownership of the goods delivered by us until all outstanding invoices (also future) arising from our business transactions with the buyer are paid in full, whatever the legal ground. The reservation of ownership shall also remain effective if we have a current account relationship with the buyer; in the event of an open account, ownership shall be considered security for the balance claim. As long as ownership has not been transferred to the buyer, the buyer shall not be permitted to pledge, transfer by way of security or relinquish the goods subject to the reservation of ownership.
